From June 30 to July 3, a meeting of the Order’s Communication Team was held in Madrid with the objective of making the transition to the new person in charge, Fr. Julio Alberto Álvarez Díaz.
During these days, all the activities carried out by the communications office were presented to Fr. Julio to facilitate his new mission. The team also worked on the elaboration of the Order’s Communication Plan for the new six-year period, based on the experience, reflections, external audit and vision of the future of the members of the team.
They also went to the headquarters of the ICCE Madrid where they visited the facilities and greeted those who work there, especially Diana Blázquez Pérez, who has done the layout of the Ephemerides Magazine and the books published by Ediciones Calasancias, among many other things. Diana was thanked for her professional and serious work during all these years.
There was also the opportunity to meet virtually with Fr. Javier Alonso, coordinator of the General Secretariat of Ministry to discuss some changes that would be appropriate in the web of Coedupia.
By video call they also had a brief meeting with Sr. Marilia Evangelista Lima, General Councilor of the Calasanziane and responsible for communication of her Congregation, to get to know the new person in charge and the way to work especially in the support of their website and other areas of common work with the Office of Communication of the Order.
On the last day they celebrated the Eucharist of thanksgiving for the work done during the previous six years, bidding farewell to Fr. Andrés Valencia Henao, who returns to his province, and praying that the coming years of work of the team will be fruitful for the construction of the Pious Schools.
Reunión de transición del Equipo de Comunicación de la Orden

Durante los días 30 de junio al 3 de julio, tuvo lugar en la ciudad de Madrid la reunión del Equipo de Comunicación de la Orden con el objetivo de realizar la transición al nuevo responsable, P. Julio Alberto Álvarez Díaz.
Durante estos días se realizó la presentación de todas las actividades desempeñadas por la oficina de comunicación al P. Julio para facilitar su nueva misión. Igualmente se trabajó en la elaboración del Plan de Comunicación de la Orden de cara al nuevo sexenio, partiendo de la experiencia, reflexiones, auditoría externa y visión de futuro de los miembros del equipo.
También se desplazaron a la sede del ICCE Madrid donde visitaron las instalaciones y saludaron a quienes trabajan allí, especialmente a Diana Blázquez Pérez, quien ha realizado la maquetación de la Revista Ephemerides y de los libros publicados en Ediciones Calasancias, entre muchas otras cosas. Se agradeció a Diana su trabajo profesional y serio durante todos estos años.
Se tuvo la oportunidad igualmente de reunirse virtualmente con el P. Javier Alonso, coordinador del Secretariado General de Ministerio para dialogar sobre algunos cambios que serían pertinentes en la web de Coedupia.
Por videollamada tuvieron también un breve encuentro con Sor Marilia Evangelista Lima, Consejera General de las Calasanziane y responsable de comunicación de su Congregación, para conocer al nuevo responsable y la manera de trabajar especialmente en el apoyo a su sitio web y demás áreas de trabajo común con la Oficina de Comunicación de la Orden.
El último día celebraron la eucaristía de acción de gracias por el trabajo realizado durante el sexenio anterior, despidiendo al P. Andrés Valencia Henao que regresa a su provincia y orando para que los próximos años de trabajo del equipo sean fructíferos para la construcción de las Escuelas Pías.
